Last week I introduced JACK and JILL into the forum at TBSS, these cute wooden dollies
well, they have been up to mischief while I havn't been looking!
they are multiplying!
today there is another...
so without further delay I will introduce you all to JOHN the latest addition to the madhouse!
they will all soon be clothed (soon I promise)
I have spent the last 24 hours glued to this...

my new baby!

lappy

this is lappy, another addition to the madhouse! I went yesterday to upgrade the hard drive on mine and came out with this spunky white and silver number instead! He has been welcomed with open arms into this house by my daughter Tash as it means she has now claimed my 'old' one! lol

I now have the power captain! my new saying!!!! LOL

I played with him in bed last night.. lol oh that makes me laugh when I say that...
I played in bed with my new man and did these digi layouts for the sketch challenges at TBSS

first is 'Jumping Jake' - sketch challenge #10

these photos were not actually taken in sequence, but go pretty close!
Then I played with another photo of my kids for sketch challenge #11
I rotated the sketch and used alot of the embellies I have for here in my blog

thanks again for checking out my blog,
hope to see you here again soon

The next BOM challenge at TBSS was to create a layout 'Inspired by Elsie. Time to get your pens & pencils out and doodle to your hearts content'

I struggled with this one! I really wished I'd used a different more interesting backing paper... the plain bazzil backing is to boring! it needs some oomph. um.. I might still redo this layout, perhaps a shopping spree might fix this! yeah I think it needs a pink, mottled, grungy, rough almost dirty look would be good! any suggestions?
Thanks for taking the time to check out my blog
hope to see you here again soon

This weeks BOM challenge at TBSS was to create a layout on our primary school years using a school photo. Also to include some journaling about our teachers and friends but no boys! lol
I chose to use my year 3 photo (when I was still cute! lol) and teamed it up with the gorgeous Crate Paper Blue Hill collection.

and this layout is of my youngest son Jake, all about his first assembly he did in pre primary. Jake was such a shy little one and school really bought him out of his shell. I was worried he wouldn't take part in the school assembly, but he hid. He wore his handmade sailors hat with pride, stood frozen on the stage and mouthed the words to the 'sailor went to Timbuktu' song. He almost kept up with the actions! It was soooo cute watching a stage full of 6yr olds make spectacles of themselves and be so cute at doing it!
I used the Scenic Route Salem collection for this layout
I have journaled the lyrics to the song they all sang onto this layout
